Nancy Sigur, Chief Financial Officer

Nancy brings with her over 20 years of experience in the industry and will be focused on improving the Company's structures and processes as well as managing the financial risks of the corporation. Nancy graduated from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, B.C. with a B.A. degree in Economics and International Relations.

She began her career as an internal auditor with a large publicly traded multi-national company and was transferred to Los Angeles to oversee the financial restructuring of a portfolio of new acquisitions.

Nancy's interest was in real estate so she joined CBRE Investors in downtown Los Angeles where she managed the client reporting department before turning her attention to real estate development and investment accounting and taxation.

She earned her CPA certification in 2001 and joined a private homebuilder, The Larwin Company, where she held the position of Corporate Controller for several years. Nancy left Larwin to join JSM Capital Group as the Vice President of Finance where she was responsible for the financing of numerous development and construction projects during the worst downturn in the real estate market.

As part of the workout team, she successfully negotiated a tri-party $90 million loan modification with Bank of America that resulted in the completion of a 14 story mixed use high rise in North Hollywood as well as numerous other multi-family projects in Santa Monica and the Valley.

Prior to joining CRP, Nancy was the VP Finance and Accounting for a local multi-family residential developer in Calabasas for over 4 years where she negotiated and structured numerous construction loans and permanent financing.
